Hari Moradiya, is the licensed owner of the application Android TV Remote ("Application"). We place our highest value on your trust and put top priority on protecting your Personal Information. This privacy policy ("Policy") explains how we will collect, use, share and process data.

By accepting this Policy, you understand and agree to the collection, use, sharing and processing of your Personal Information. This Policy applies to all current and former visitors, users and others who access this Application.

1. Scope of this Policy
This Policy is an electronic record in the form of an electronic contract formed under the applicable law. This Policy does not require any physical, electronic or digital signature.
By accessing or using the Application or otherwise giving us your information, you undertake that you have the capacity to enter into a legally binding contract via this Policy, which constitutes a legally binding document between you and Hari Moradiya under the applicable law, in particular, the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
This Policy describes the types of information we collect, why and how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices you can make about our use of the information. We also describe the measures we take to protect the security of your information and how you can contact us about our privacy practices.
This Policy may be amended from time to time. Any changes will become effective upon posting of the revised Policy on the Application. Your continued use of the Application thereafter will imply your unconditional acceptance of such updates.

We may collect, store and process Personal, Non-Personal and other third-party information.
2.1 Personal Information
Personal Information means any information that may be used to identify an individual, including but not limited to names, physical address, telephone number, date of birth, email address, or financial information such as bank account or card details. We limit the collection of Personal Information to that which is necessary for its intended purpose.
2.2 Non-Personal Information
Non-personal information includes your browser type, previously visited URLs, Internet Service Provider (ISP), television-related information (TV brand, model number), operating systems, and IP addresses. We may gather information regarding how many people visit the Application, pages visited, IP addresses, and the operating system used.
3. What Information is, or may be, Collected?
For a better experience while using our Application, we may collect Non-Personal Information including device type, unique identifiers (such as iOS Advertising ID), carrier, and other related information through mobile SDKs. This information may be used individually, aggregated, or combined with mobile identifiers and shared with third parties for advertising, attribution, analytics and research purposes (including Google AdMob and Google Firebase).
We may collect the following information:
- Your IP address and the source of your visit
- Cookies or similar tracking technologies used during your visit
- TV model, brand, and related device identifiers to enable remote control functionality
- Log of clicks within the application to navigate user preferences
- An anonymized device identifier assigned to the mobile device running the Application
- An Application instance identifier, reset each time the Application is reinstalled
We do not ask users for personal information such as first and last name, email address, or mobile phone number. Demographic data is inferred from the IP address.
3.1 Log Data
When you use our Application, if any errors occur, we may collect data and information ("Log Data") through third-party products. This may include your device's IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, timestamp of usage, key presses, button presses, taps, device connection success/failures, crash analytics data, and details about your television (brand, model, OS version, app version, etc.).
3.2 Third-Party Advertising
The Application may display third-party advertisements from ad networks and mediation partners. These third-party ad networks may collect certain data to serve personalized advertisements, including device identifiers, location information, or other non-personal data. We do not control the data collection practices of these third-party advertisers, and their privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policies.
3.3 Consent
By mere use of the Application, you freely, expressly, specifically and unconditionally consent to our use and disclosure of your Personal Information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, please do not use this Application.
3.4 Retention of Information
We retain your personal information for as long as required for the purposes stated in this Policy, or as permitted or required by law. When we no longer have a legitimate need to process your information, we will delete or anonymize it from our active databases.
- Personal data obtained upon purchase are retained as required by tax laws
- If you request deletion of your personal data, we will action this within a maximum of one month
- Personal data relating to promotions will not be retained for more than one month after the offer ends
You have the right to withdraw consent at any point by contacting our Consent Manager at harimoradiya123@gmail.com. Upon withdrawal, we shall erase all Personal Data provided by you, unless retention is required by law.

In the future, if we require certain personal information, you agree to provide accurate and complete details. We may also require email and phone number verification for user authentication.

- Not register or raise any false or frivolous grievances or complaints
- Furnish only verifiably authentic information while exercising your right to correction or erasure
10. Children's Privacy
In line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under this age. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we promptly delete such information from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
11. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Hari Moradiya and our affiliates from any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from: (i) your use of, or inability to use, the Application; (ii) any actions related to the creation, uploading, sharing, or promotion of products or services through the Application; or (iii) any breach of this Privacy Policy or violation of applicable laws.
12. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any breach of security or for any actions or inactions of any third parties that receive your Personal Information. To the fullest extent permissible by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, exemplary, special, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind arising under this Privacy Policy or out of your use of, or inability to use, the Application.
13. Applicability of the Terms of Use
This Policy shall be supplementary to the Terms of Use. To the extent any provision of this Policy does not conflict with the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use shall apply.
